Katniss finishes the capitol's celebrations and goes back on the train back to district 12. When she gets to district 12, gets dressed, and still has an hour to kill, she goes to she the mayor in his study, but Instead she sees something on his TV she is not supposed to see. An uprising in district 8. Then she goes to the woods and explains everything to Gale. She says she is going to run away with him into the forest.
